Inventory Supervisor

Main purpose of the role:

  • We are looking for an Inventory Supervisor to join Pandora Greater China Merchandising team based in Shanghai. The role will be under inventory management function, you and the team will be responsible for the weekly replenishment for O/O stores and monitor the inventory in a health level to achieve the KPIs. You will contribute to growth of the business through monitoring over 2,000 DVs products in different segments and clusters

Key Accountabilities 关键责任:

Initial Allocation and Replenishment 补货

  • Work with Assortment Planning team for new products initial launch strategy and execution - 与品类计划团队合作,制定并执行新产品上市策略
  • In charge of regular replenishment for assigned regions/clusters/ product segments for O/O stores - 负责东部地区和西南地区公司自营商店的定期补货
  • Optimize and implement merchandise assortment for new stores - 为新店优化并实施商品营销组合
  • Proactively involve, monitor and review the whole progress of promotion campaigns - 积极参与、管理并评审促销活动的整体进程
  • Handle special after-sales service request from stores - 每两周处理商店的售后服务申请

Retail inventory management 零售库存管理

  • Ensure the most profitable balance of inventory by product and store segments according to the objective criteria - 根据客观标准,在商店中维持最具效益的库存平衡
  • Examine store inventory from various angels, identify potential opportunity and take actions to optimize business - 从多个角度分析商店库存,从而发现潜在的机遇,并采取行动改善业务
  • Take initiatives to control and reduce discontinued and slow-moving inventory in retail stores - 积极主动地控制并减少零售店中周转缓慢与缺乏连续性的库存
  • Assist line manager in day-to-day operations to meet inventory KPI and goal - 在日常经营中协助直线经理,达成库存KPI与目标
  • In charge of PWP planning and allocation for store promotion - 计算店铺促销活动赠品需求并安排发货

Reporting and system 报告与系统:

  • Maintain variety of master data forms to keep information clean and accurate - 管理多种主数据表格,确保信息清晰准确
  • Keep daily business tracking and share to cross functions during promotion period - 追踪日常业务,在促销期间将信息跨部门共享
  • Analyze business performance based on weekly, monthly, quarterly based on needs - 根据需求分析业务绩效
  • Embrace new system, tools and methodology to improve work efficiency and quality - 采用新系统、工具和方法以改善工作效率和质量


Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above in business/marketing/ fashion management or related disciplines - 商业/营销/时尚管理或相关学科的学士及以上学位
  • Experience of 3 years buying or merchandising experience in Retail MNC - 在零售跨国公司中拥有3年的采购或商品经验
  • Strong analytical ability with fashion or jewelry commercial sense - 出色的分析技能,并具备时尚或珠宝商业意识
  • Organized, self-starter and able to multi-task & work under pressure - 井井有条,积极主动,能处理多项任务,可承受压力
  • Communication and collaboration skills, team player - 沟通与写作技能,团队协作能手
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese - 掌握中英双语的口语和书面表达
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office), strong in Excel and PPT - 具备电脑使用能力(Microsoft office),擅长使用Excel和PPT
