HR Manager, Talent Acquisition

To lead the Talent Acquisition (from sourcing to onboarding) organizational capability within the People and Sustainability team within the Greater China Cluster (Which includes Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). This includes all functions including Retail.

 

In line with global TA team set the Policies, guidelines and procedures for TA across the GC Cluster. This is inclusive of all sourcing channels and selection processes within the cluster.

 

To physically conduct/facilitate the search, short listing and final selection of all roles across the Cluster ensuring that the best candidate is found for every role.  

 

Directly and indirectly source talent through various channels optimizing global tools and frameworks.

 

Ultimately, he/she will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

 

Key Responsibility:

  • Set the overall TA strategy for the entire Greater China Cluster.
  • Create the Annual TA plan for the cluster including budgets and desired KPIs.
  • Drive metrics linked to cost/time/quality plus candidate experience
  • Drive local EVP in cluster markets to present Pandora well in the external world
  • Own and drive the “People Portal” TA and onboarding modules ensuring quality of data.
  • Design Employee Brand events and develop relationship and sponsorship in order to attract the best talent on the market.
  • Manage the relevant budget, checking the monthly budget consumption in the areas of responsibility aligning to the given business objectives and quarterly revise forecasts.
  • Monitor TA effectiveness and ROI review the progress with managers and, if needed, revise TA programs in order to adapt them to changes occurring in the work environment.
  • Manage smooth onboarding processes for permanent and temporary staff

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualification :

  • At least 5/8 years of previous experience in the role within an international retail organization.
  • Degree in human resources management or related
  • Excellent knowledge of TA best practices.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern TA methods.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media, TA tools and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, those enable to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary.
  • Solid problem-solving, business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative and ability to offer new ideas.
  • Fast learner, able to pick up product knowledge quickly and accurately, personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge, confident talking and presenting in public, in an engaging and informative style.
