E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategy and plan for the Douyin channel;

• Managing commercial KPIs including traffic, CVR%, Basket and Return%, driving the collaboration with cross function teams;

• Developing the annual MKT calendar to drive business growth in building blocks(Brand campaign, Mega Event, regular promotion, etc

• Douyin MKT budget control;

• Work with DP to deliver the best-in-class daily live-streaming and short video with a balance between business results and brand presentation;

• Work closely with E-commerce merchant team to figure out the best assortment to fulfill the healthy and sustainable growth of Douyin;

• Develop KOL cooperation on Douyin;

• Build the best-in-class user experience in Douyin;

• Service providers management;

 

Cross Function Communications:

• Responsible for the platform related financial process and legal process also logistics process communication

• Collaborate with the offline team, marketing team, digital team, and CRM team to enhance the visibility of the store

 

Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of working experiences

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience working within E-commerce operation

• Experience in Douyin is a plus

• Strong communication skills • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
