Brand Marketing Director

Main purpose of the role

Brand marketing growth strategy and 360 plan development:

  • Target Audience (TA) definition
  • Brand proposition
  • Brand growth strategy
  • China specific product briefing and development
  • China communication content development
  • Global content adoption
  • 360 plan implementations


Key Accountabilities

  • Sharpening TA profiling
  • Develop overarching brand idea and communication strategy to guide brand growth plan
  • Develop China for China campaign strategy and plan (major)
  • Work with global to develop global for china campaign strategy and plan (minor)
  • Lead cross function team to develop 360 plan integration


Personal Competencies

  • At least 8 years relevant work experience in brand marketing
  • Expertise on leverage consumer insight and data intelligence
  • Strategic thinking to balance short term and long term
  • Strong creativity (must show example)
  • Daring to challenge the status quo
  • Result oriented with rich experience of execution on various marketing communication content including video, visual, etc.
  • E-commerce marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong collaboration mind set to work with cross function team and global team
  • Influencing skill with fact-based argument
  • Know how to prioritize and pick your battle that matters the most
  • Coach and develop team to grow
  • Ability to lead and engage external agency to drive the best
  • Excellent taste of luxury communication in China context (must show example)
  • Extensive experiences in brand communications across consumer audiences.
