Main Purpose of the role 岗位主要作用:

The Training Supervisor is responsible for regional training and training project implementation and follow up as well as managing the effectiveness of training delivery process. 零售培训主管负责区域性培训、培训项目实施跟进,并负责确保培训授课流程的有效性。

 

Key Accountabilities 关键责任:

 Prepare and review training plan with Manager, Retail Academy  和零售学院经理共同准备并审查培训计划

 Develop training courses and learning programs in terms of leadership and advanced skills for each level to empower a stronger and productive retail team with Training Manager, Retail Academy.  和零售学院经理一同,根据不同员工的级别设计并开发相应的课程内容和学习项目,赋能零售员工促进零售生意产出

 Design and conducts assessment/follow-up tool which may effectively measure the training outputs  设计和实施培训评估标准和跟进工具,保证培训的有效性以及培训的产出

 Convert and cascade down the global training programs locally with field trainers  将global培训项目做本地开发,并转训给区域培训师

 Deliver trainings including but not limit to Product, Service, Selling Skill, Retail Store Mgmt and basic leadership programs with field trainers  提供培训,包括但不限于产品、服务、销售技能、零售店管理和基础领导力的内部TTT。  Work out training reports and action plans by training programs  根据培训项目做出相应的项目报告和行动计划

 Pecess the ability to understand and think ahead of both the short and long term implications in the developments in the field of sales force effectiveness or operational excellence  拥有对业务发展的人员能力需求的前瞻视角

 Schedule regular store visit and spend minimum 50% of working hours in the field coaching and demonstrating PANDORA China Way of Service  安排定期商店走访,至少50%的工作时间应用于实地指导以及示范中国大陆潘多拉的服务之道

 Apply the KPI and Mystery shopper program for constant feedback and improvement  运用KPI和神秘购物者项目,以获得持续反馈并实现改进

 Develop store staff’ skills to improve their productivity and the caliber of their work  培养商店员工技能,提高工作效率和工作能力

 

Pivotal and Professional Qualifications 关键资质与专业资质:

Management (Function teams leaders), Store Managers, Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and Visual Merchandising - 管理(职能团队领导)、商店经理、零售、商品、供应链、市场和商品展示 - Minimum 5 years of experiences in retail training - 至少5年零售培训经验 - Retail or Operations background preferred - 零售或运营背景为佳

  • Experience in digital and social training content creation or delivery is a plus  数字和社交培训内容制作或授课经验为佳
