Assistant Media Manager

Main purpose of the role:

  • Manage paid media and key social platforms
  • Manage creatives and reporting

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Work on annual media plans in line with global strategy and local needs.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of campaigns, keep monitoring performance across digital media / social media and KOL seeding etc.
  • Solid tracking and reporting capabilities on performance analysis and optimize
  • Collaborate with leading platforms and maintain media partnerships and drive innovations, and nice to have insights and experience on private domain is a plus
  • Work closely with media agency and internal cross-function teams to manage campaign execution, including creatives
  • Be responsible for quarter competitor review and latest media trend/platform/format.

  • Brand Penetration / UA / AA /Consideration
  • Traffic
  • Social media penetration

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

  • 3-5 years and above experience in media industry including in house or in agency, Jewelry, cosmetic or FMCG experience preferred.
  • Tencent/RED/Douyin media operation hands on experience preferred.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and project management skills. Timeline sensitive and result-orientated
  • Proactive, organized and detail-minded
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills
  • Good Microsoft word/ excel/power point skills
  • Possess a strategic view of representation
  • Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment

  • Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes.
