Qualifications:

 

1, More than bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

 

2, Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in online performance paid media.

 

3, Consumer oriented mindset with business common sense.

 

4, Optimistic and cheerful.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The candidate will have proven expertise in paid media for key channels - not only but include Alimama, 京准通, Databank and 数坊etc.

 

You will work closely with Operation & Marketing teams to ensure successful campaign implementation, optimization, and performance measurement across various paid media channels.

 

Create a data-driven paid media strategy to maximize paid media performance.

Paid media Plan Development & Execution

 

Collaborate with marketing and operation teams to allocate the paid media budget

 

Create and present detailed media plans, including targeting strategies, key performance indicators(KPIs) ,budget breakdowns and timeline for campaign implementation.

 

Stay updated on the latest paid media trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.

 

Support the Ec Business team in planning and forecasting of KPIs and alignment to budget.

 

Agency Management

 

Work with TP to gain target and optimization in all digital channels.

 

Work with ISV to direct and assist in the output of high quality crowd reports.

 

Provide ongoing analysis to the business, sharing key insights and recommendations which support business needs and drive performance of digital marketing channels.

 

Day-to-day communicating with TP, providing guidance, direction and daily approvals.

 

Language

 

Fluent in listening, speaking and writing English and Mandarinespecially can present in English
