PANDORA Jewelers is seeking individuals who are friendly, energetic, customer-service oriented and who work well in a fast-paced environment to join our Magnificent Mile team! We provide extensive training and the opportunity for personal growth. Part-time positions are available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Utilize the PANDORA Selling Conversation.

· Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

· Ability to meet personal and company sales goals through sales techniques and training.

· Must be detail oriented and security conscious.

· Must have creative thinking and strong communication skills.

· Maintain knowledge of current promotions, campaigns, and product.

· Willingness and flexibility with hours/availability.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

· Minimum of 1 year in sales is preferred.

· Part time hours can range from 15-25 hours depending on the store’s needs. During holidays and promotions, hours can increase.

COMPENSATION:

We offer hourly + competitive commission, incentives, vacation time, employee discount, 401K/Profit Sharing. Hourly ranges with commission earnings are $18-$20
