About the Team:
The Senior Manager of Wholesale Sales reports to the Head of Wholesale and Business Development. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with multi-brand retailers within the North American customer portfolio. The Senior Manager supports sales planning, drives execution of seasonal sales initiatives, and ensures achievement of revenue targets through effective account management. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams to support the wholesale business and ensure strong partner engagement across North America.
Your Role as Senior Manager, Wholesale
Major Accountabilities:
- Leads and drives the wholesale strategy through a team overseeing the U.S. business.
- Serves as the subject matter expert and advocate for the wholesale strategy across functions and clusters.
- Oversees all technical and procedural aspects of the wholesale channel, including sales policies and procedures, visual merchandise planning, assortment planning, account and territory planning, store planning and design, category management, and sales training.
- Responsible for achieving wholesale divisional goals and total US sales targets, including revenue, account penetration, and profit margin.
- Provides primary business leadership for wholesale partners, managing development, budgeting, forecasting, metrics, and strategic sales improvements.
- Conducts sales analysis, business process analysis, productivity analysis, and ROI analysis to drive performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Leads and develops the team to support multi-brand relationships, driving profitable and sustainable sales growth.
- Evaluates sales trends, resolving issues, and implementing change.
- Develops sales financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating sales requirements, trends, and variances; creating action plans; measuring and analyzing results; and initiating corrective actions.
- Supports the execution of sales organizational strategies by contributing sales information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Evaluates current sales activities to identify strengths and areas for improvement to meet the demands of current and future growth.
- Utilizes a fact-based analytical approach to assess market trends and competitive data, driving business performance.
- Works in conjunction with other leadership team members to ensure financial objectives are met or exceeded, including achieving revenue targets.
- Provides an annual Sales Plan and quarterly action plans, revising them as needed based on trends and performance.
- Collaborates with sales and cross functional team to support sales objectives and ensure total channel profitability.
- Stays informed about market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, sales management, business economics, or marketing.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in wholesale or retail sales organizations, ideally with wholesale, franchise, or national accounts.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization with the ability to contribute to globally networked projects.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate process effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Familiarity with internal project management platforms and tools.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven success in leading sales teams, strategic planning, and growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage sales strategies focused on expanding sales to existing customers and increasing market share.
- Experience with implementing growth and sales initiatives to achieve stronger market penetration.
- Exceptional leadership skills, energy, and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to lead, motivate, share a vision, inspire, and rally colleagues.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling effective influence and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven strategic, analytical, and implementation skills to drive business success.

Travel Requirement: 40% or more with flexibility in nights and holidays
New York Salary: $144,000 - $175,000 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
