Sales Training Manager

About the role
As Sales Training Manager, Asia Cluster, you will lead a team of 3 FTE. This role is pivotal in building retail sales capabilities in the cluster, working closely with local stakeholders, as well as the Global Training Team in Copenhagen, bridging the gap between regional and global.
In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our store managers and distributors/partners to possess superior selling skills and harness the power of storytelling to create an enduring and emotional connection to our brand, supporting our purpose to “Give a voice to people’s loves”. Empowering our teams and providing them with the right methods and tools will drive tangible commercial results.

What you will do
As the Sales Training Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Distributors and O&O retail training: Lead the team training our Owned & Operated retail, as well as our distributors/partners to maintain and elevate sales capabilities in the cluster.
- Training Projects: Leading and managing the team to deliver on training projects and collaborations within timeframes agreed.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders in the cluster and in Global Office in Copenhagen, proactively seeking their input and feedback
- Training Impact: Measure training impact on store colleagues through agreed KPIs.
- Strategic Enabling: Champion the role of training as a strategic enabler, articulating its value proposition and demonstrating the return on investment to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Organize daily operations with and through your team, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments and field teams to align and execute sales training
- Culture of Collaboration: Foster continuous improvement through effective communication and teamwork.
- Cluster Scope: The Asia Cluster in Pandora has more than 300 points of sale across 11 countries. The cluster drives Owned and Operated Stores in Japan and Singapore, and mainly work through partners/distributors in the remainder of the operating countries. The Asia cluster represents an amazing growth opportunity for Pandora.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic environments and consistently delivers strong results. You are a skilled communicator and problem-solver who can lead a team and build strong relationships across a global organization.
Your profile
- More than 5 years of relevant experience, e.g. as Training Manager, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Retail Operations Manager or similar.
- Preferable experience from a global matrix organization with both Owned & Operated retail and distributer/partner network
- Proven leadership experience with strong interpersonal and team development skills.
- Exceptional creativity, innovation and design thinking, with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret insights to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
- Employ exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts, engage stakeholders in training plans and deliver training sessions that are inspiring and impactful.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging trends and breakthroughs in learning theory, instructional design, and technology-enhanced learning to drive innovation in our training practices.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and learning management systems
- Collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
