Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Visual Merchandising & Trade Specialist in Sao Paulo, Brasil.

Main purpose of the role:

1. Strategy & Brand Positioning

•    Brand Elevation: Elevate the consumer store experience and brand positioning through impeccable product presentation and storytelling.
•    Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking visits to identify market trends, best practices, and VM opportunities relevant to the brand.

2. Operational Management & Implementation
•    Campaign Roll-out: Secure the VM roll-out for all local and global campaigns/promotions, ensuring alignment with launch dates and commercial needs.
•    Compliance & Store Visits: Plan and execute a structured agenda of weekly store visits (including remote support) to guarantee visual integrity and compliance across the network.
•    New Openings: Support the setup of new doors and assist with campaign launches and promotional initiatives.
•    Floorplan Development: Support the development and approval of all Brazil VM floorplans across multiple channels, providing implementation feedback to stores.

3. Financial Management & Supply Chain (POSM)
•    Budget Control: Manage and control the local POSM (Point of Sale Materials) printing budget for all VM assets and channels in Brazil.
•    Process Management: Oversee the entire local printing process—including supplier management, logistics, and installation—in alignment with LATAM regional guidance.
•    Sustainability & Efficiency: Define and communicate clear guidelines for the use, storage, reuse, and disposal of VM materials to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability.

4. Training & Talent Development
•    Capacity Building: Organize and facilitate VM training programs, including refreshers for store teams and onboarding for new employees, in collaboration with Training and local RSM teams.
•    Local Adaptations: Guarantee the development of assets and local adaptations of all global campaign elements, including specific tray guidelines (product and visual placement).

5. Strategic Partnership & Reporting
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key partner to the VM and Merchandising teams, identifying opportunities to improve product presentation, pricing communication, and customer experience.
•    Reporting & Analytics: Share visual implementation reports for each campaign execution and develop action plans to address any gaps.
•    Franchise Support: Provide VM guidance and support to franchisees for all campaigns and promotional activities.

Craft your career with us if you have:

•    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, Fashion, or Marketing.
•    Experience: 5+ years of experience in VM (Senior level), preferably in Premium Retail, Fashion, or Luxury/Jewelry.
•    Technical: Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD; strong Excel skills.
•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
•    Background: Proven track record in managing POSM budgets and vendor relationships.

•    Stakeholder Management & Influence: Ability to negotiate and align strategies with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Franchisees, and the LATAM regional team.
•    Meticulous Eye for Detail: An extremely high standard for aesthetics and the maintenance of brand integrity.
•    Adaptability & Resilience: Capability to handle the fast-paced nature of retail and adapt global directives to Brazil’s logistical and cultural reality.
•    Educational Leadership: A mentoring profile to train and empower store teams, turning technical guidelines into practical, motivating actions.
•    Strategic Thinking: The ability to understand the "commercial why" behind every VM action, rather than just executing tasks.
•    Organization & Autonomy: Strong self-management skills to prioritize an agenda covering multiple channels (O&O, Franchisees, and Wholesale).
