Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Sales Trainer in Sao Paulo - Brazil.

 

The role of the Sales Trainer is to ensure that all sales professionals have a thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling techniques. This role will lead the content strategy across the cluster. The trainer should be a resource for the field teams and team leaders.  The Sales Trainer conducts training for all levels of the teams.  The Sales Trainer will serve as a subject matter expert for sales training, product knowledge, sales processes and retail operations.  The trainer will coach the teams in the field for on-going training and development within the sales and product areas. The Sales Trainer will also facilitate and support large company meetings. 

 

Key accountabilities:

 

-    Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements a comprehensive training program for all sales teams
-    Presents at large regional and company events
-    Facilitates group trainings and training team meetings
-    Assist in adjusting translations to country specific needs of Content
-    Develops training programs for product, sales processes, retail business acumen and management development
-    Provides individual coaching with field team members on sales development
-    Acts as an ambassador of the PANDORA Brand

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

- 3-5 years of experience as a corporate trainer or professional sales trainer working with performance-based sales training teams.
- Knowledge of retail sales environment and facilitation experience required.
- Experience in leading trainings remotely.
- Bachelor´s degree (referred education): Business Management, Education, Communication, Learning and Development
- Fluent English. Spanish is a plush
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint Knowledge of In-design and / or other computer graphics programs
- Instructional design, excellent presentation skills and audience management
