AR Analyst
This professional will be responsible for the daily conference and reconciliation of cash sales carried out in stores, comparing with the closing of cash sent. Scheduling and monitoring of collections via armored car, reconciling collections and low values. Preparation of reports that are the basis of support for the company's management for the purpose of monitoring sales and cash flow. Active participation in the monthly accounting closing and bank reconciliation.
Activities:

Daily cash sales reconciliation;

Responsible for scheduling and controlling collections via armored car within stipulated limits of cash values;

Responsible for informing the values to be collected to the store team;

Closing of financial transactions, and sending reports to the accounting department;

Management support for cash flow information and reports

Bank statement reconciliation;

Accounting entries;
-
Ensuring compliance with processes in accordance with company procedures and policies.

Internal and External Audits attendance;

Process automatization;
-
Active participation in monthly closings;

Preparation of balance reconciliation reports;

Assistance to the company's accounts receivable and payable team;
Educational background: Bachelor in Accounting; Business Administration; Economics. MBA is desirable.
Qualification:
- Experience Retail market.
- Experience in financial department.
- Ability on cash reconciliation.
Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Excel

Knowledge on Linx or/and SAP system (desirable)
Language Skills:
- English required
- Spanish (desirable)
