Retail Training Specialist Singapore is responsible to ensure that all sales professionals have a thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling techniques. This role will lead the content strategy across the cluster.

 

Your Role as Retail Training Specialist Singapore:

  • Plans, conducts, coordinates, and implements a comprehensive training program for all sales teams.
  • Facilitates group training and training team meetings.
  • Assist in adjusting translations to country-specific needs of Content.
  • Develops training programs for product, sales processes, retail business acumen, and management development.
  • Provides individual coaching with field team members on sales development.
  • Acts as an ambassador of the PANDORA Brand

What is needed to succeed:

  • Strong, seasoned training experience 3+ years of solid experience working within Training areas and experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industry
  •  An equivalent combination of experience and education is accepted.
  • Strong business acumen, fact-based, analytical, and strategic
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • It is a BIG PLUS if you are proficient in other languages (Japanese, Korean, Spanish)
  • Experience in leading training remotely.
  • Represent PANDORA brand positively, internally and externally.
  • Effective collaboration and influencing skills
  • Able to perform under pressure, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action.
