Regional Sales Manager

To ensure the strategy of growth in Hungary, we are looking for Regional Sales Manager who will report to the Country Manager and be responsible for ensuring PANDORA's brand integrity within the assigned territory by upholding high standards in service, leadership, relationship management, visual merchandising, and retail operations across all distribution channels — including Owned & Operated (O&O) stores and wholesale.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing sales and KPI plans for the managed region while keeping costs within the approved budget.
- Manages and supervises the performance of all managed teams and serves as a role model.
- Trains and coaches Store Managers and store teams to ensure a high level of customer service in line with national and global policies.
- Supports Store Managers in optimizing staff scheduling based on the traffic patterns of their designated stores.
- Leads the recruitment and hiring processes for store teams.
- Ensures that the brand image and visual standards of the managed points of sale are upheld in accordance with PANDORA’s guidelines.
- Regularly analyzes competitors to stay informed about market trends and to identify opportunities.
- Organizes new store openings, including all operational preparations.
- Collaborates with various departments at headquarters through written communication and participates in regular online meetings to ensure optimal support for the stores.
We're just a perfect match if You have:
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in managing sales teams or cooperating with business partners sales role
- Good understanding of market trends and the sales mechanism to exploit growth opportunities in a particular sales area
- University degree
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) skills
- Fluency in English and Hungarian, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Driving license and readiness for business travelling (visiting stores 4 days a week)
- Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to take actions aimed at achieving the highest possible sales profit
- Openness and optimism in action
- Skills necessary to perform sales coaching
- A strong leader who can manage, train and motivate the team and implement various initiatives across the organization
