The Regional Sales manager will be leading the Sales team of the O&O network to ensure the execution and application of the best Brand and Market practices to guarantee the achievement of the Sales and Growth targets. While providing strategic attention, contact, and negotiation with the Franchise network in other markets, to support them in the efforts to achieve the best execution.

 

Your Role as a Regional Sales Manager:

  • Align the main communication with the sales team, defining the priorities for the brand, such as promotions, product launch, KPIs focus, etc.
  • Deep analysis of the data collected in stores on a weekly basis, to identify actions: o For top Ten, best practices, and the way to standardize and distribute these practices quickly, in coordination with Retail Operations, Training, and other support departments to guarantee the preservation and increase of customer base and clearly identify improvement opportunities for our customer experience with Pandora in the stores.
  • Constant visits to the Point of Sales, looking to observe the best practices, and increase the team engagement.
  • In coordination with other areas, review the product assortment, marketing actions, and operation deficiencies, to ensure the corrective/proactive actions are applied.
  • Invest adequate time to identify talented people in the network, supporting their development, as well as identify low performers with the application of assertive actions to preserve the health of the organization environment, based on merit growth according to Pandora policies and practices.
  • Deliver the Monthly Sales and EBIT targets, ensuring efficient efforts application to guarantee the right execution and Growth to Pandora in the region.
  • Responsible for preparing and executing the monthly target, building the forecast, Budget, and other Company planning documents as bottom-up exercise, in the right level of detail to ensure the follow-up and execution.

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • Strong, seasoned, and advanced sales experience with vertical retailing.
  • 10+ years of solid experience working with sales and operations experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong business acumen, fact-based, analytical, and strategic
  • Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
  • Able to perform under pressure, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action
  • Deliver results or actions to be taken in a timely manner
  • Strong presentation skills inclusive of concise messaging
  • Develop & mentor other team members
  • Support an environment that fosters respect for the ideas of others as well as ongoing collaboration to execute business strategy
