Regional Sales Manager Wholesale (m/f/d) – Sweden

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing an assigned territory of wholesale partner and/or key accounts to achieve sales and KPI targets, maintain brand standards and deliver the highest level of customer service.
Responsibility for implementation of guidelines, ensure trainings and supporting the Key Accounts and wholesale partners (problem solving, presentation of new products, annual negotiations) and deliver the highest levels of customer experience.

- Set and achieve short and long-range forecasts and goals
- Set sales and KPI goals, budgets, objectives and marketing plans for each store in the territory
- Develop individual action plans for each partner/store to meet and started goals/KPIs
- Track retail efforts and measure compliance and results
- Meet regularly with dealers and store management/staff to review results, provide training and develop plans to achieve goals
- Train partners and store staff in the PANDORIAN way of selling, product knowledge, company background and POD tools, and ensure compliance with training objectives
- Assist stores in creating local events and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and help manage inventory levels at each store to optimize sell-in and sell out
- Provide stores with visual merchandising/social media training, guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure compliance through regular POS visits, photographs from the stores and audit checklists
- Collect sell-out data and report to Corporate
- Assess and report on dealer compliance. Create, implement and monitor corrective action plans
- Building up a strong relation to the WHS partner and/or key accounts

- You have excellent communication skills - you are fluent in Swedish and English
- You are experienced in working with KPI’s, analyzing data and retail reporting
- You shine with your strong result oriented, pragmatic and structured way of working
