Area Manager (Singapore)

Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading our retail sales teams in stores across Singapore, providing coaching and direction for the achievement of sales targets and positive work environment. This role works with a range of stakeholders and is perfect for a Regional Sales Manager ready to take on the next level in their career. You will be responsible for coaching and driving sales within our Owned and Operated stores.  


Key Accountabilities

  • Act as an ambassador to our store teams, leading by example to inspire them to showcase our product in the best possible way, and provide our customers with a world-class experience.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to train and coach Store managers and teams to deliver on sales targets and key KPI’s.
  • Develop individual action plans for store employee's to meet targets/KPI's
  • Train store staff in the Pandora SPARK customer journey, product knowledge, company background, and POS systems, ensuring compliance with training objectives
  • Be the link between our stores and Central team. Provide feedback and information to ensure the business is continually improving
  • Monitor and help manage inventory levels at each store to optimise sell-in and sell-out
  • Maintain accurate and organised information and reporting on each store and for the total region
  • Provide stores with visual merchandising training and feedback to ensure our global standards are met
  • Assist the Store Manager in recruiting permanent and casual staff for their stores


Professional Qualifications

  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Management
  • Experience managing multiple stores is essential
  • Strong business acumen, able to confidently analyse sales data and driven by KPI’s


Personal Competencies

  • Strong Merchant experience
  • Negotiation skills and dealing with complex queries 
  • Preferably a background in retail working across multi-sites
  • Strong coaching and sales skills and business acumen to lead your team to high levels of success
  • Highly organised, able to meet agreed timeframes for projects
  • Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships across all levels, both locally and globally
