Regional Account Manager, Singapore

Reporting to the PGA Sales Director, the Regional Account Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring distribution performance measures are on track. They will be responsible for driving profitability and nurturing strategic partnerships with our Distributor markets across Indochina and SEA, including Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia, Philippines

Key accountabilities of the position


  • Manage distributors & wholesale accounts in APAC, plan and manage annual budget, build appropriate strategies, and deliver sales results and profit.
  • Support the commercial initiatives and operations lead with business planning, implementation of sales excellence programs and other commercial initiatives 
  • Develop and execute sales plan, and well establish a concrete relationship with business partner 
  • Liaise with a wholesale partner and internal departments to manage new store opening projects. *retail network expansion/ business development
  • Monitor closely Distributor performance and measure through sales KPI by conducting regular business reviews and derive enhancement plans to metalize the business goal and to ensure a top-line understanding of retail sales, including Sell-In and Sell-Out through..
  • Manage each account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity; monitor retailer profit contribution.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, external parties, and internal stakeholders to collaborate closely with including SDP/ Marketing/ Training and Merchandise, etc.
  • Lead monthly conference calls with Distribution partners to review all business opportunities and issues.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years as an Account Manager or equivalent experience with managing Distributor and Retailer relationships
  • Proficiency and expertise in using the Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel, experienced in Power BI and tableau is highly preferable
  • Highly analytical, strong attention to detail and comfortable being hands-on, combined with an ability to take a wider view 
  • Commercially astute, ability to spot issues and trends and make recommendations 
  • Passionate about resolving challenges and driving improvement 
  • Confident presenter and communicator, fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is a bonus
  • Ability to utilise data to create compelling commercial arguments.
  • Self-motivated with start-up mentality, who sees things through to completion 
  • Business Travel: 30-50%
