We are looking for Retail Operations Specialist CZ&SK to be based in Prague office and reporting to Team Leader Retail Operations. The job purpose is to provide the right level of store services for Sales Department and Field in Czech Republic and Slovakia. This will be achieved through high standards of relationship management and retail operations standards.

Your Role will be all about:
• Establishing the procedures and standards according to guidelines set by Pandora
• Participating in projects supporting the department’s work
• Cooperating closely with Sales Department and Global Office to provide right level of store services
• Ensuring that Pandora Jewelry in the EE operates within the local laws and is guided by the accepted ethics of the Pandora Group and principles within the Jewelry Industry
• Using the PANDORA values of We Care, We dare, We deliver, We dream to guide how you work and behave towards people internally and externally
• Performing ad hoc duties as required (including covering for colleagues during absence)
Scope of responsibilities includes:
• Overlooking retail systems & digital tools
• Ensuring partner (wholesale channel) alignment through communication and guidance
• Ensuring timely engagement and communication of topics relevant to stores though special application
• Ownership of the retail operational standards manual and guidelines
• Providing support for O&O stores and partners in handling complaints
• Coordinating retail process such like: complains, fixed assets registration, cash collecting, traffic counter
• Supporting Field team in new openings, refits and relocations, in inventories (if needed) and finding new solutions to reduce administration within store staff
• Overall sales support to stores on standards, complaints, ad hoc requests etc.
• Keeping confidentiality of restricted information, aw well as compliance of all company’s procedures and rules
We’re the perfect match, if You have:
• University degree
• Solid experience in retail with an excellent understanding of Pandora retail operational standards, policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint);
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required
• Fluency in English – verbally and written,
• Commitment and responsibility
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, demonstrated multitasking and prioritizing skills
• Proactivity and curiosity, can-do attitude
