This opportunity is open to students looking for an internship or apprenticeship contract of 6 months - 2 years (contrat de stage / apprentissage d’une durée d’un ou de deux ans).


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster, specifically supporting our HQ hirings for France, Spain and Portugal. You will be driving the full life cycle recruitment process in partnership with the cluster's leadership team. You will also coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ's candidate and employee experience, including but not limited to diversity & inclusion, talent management, campus relations, international talent acquisition.




  • You will support Talent Acquisition Manager in provising best in class candidate experience in management of the strategic, full cycle recruitment process across France and Iberia.
  • You will coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • You will post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media.
  • You will conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
  • You will coordinate the creation of the campus management programm and develop an effective partnership with key schools in France.
  • You will collaborate with management throughout recruitment and selection process, identify and resolve any obstacles that may arise.
  • You will research, suggest and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.




  • A Master student in HR - Able to provide an internship / apprenticeship agreement of 6 - 24 months issued by your school. 
  • You speak French fluently. You can write and speak in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. 
  • You are recognised for your great communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate, and build relationships.
  • You know how to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a great listener with a customer service mindset.
