Retail Network Developer

Pandora is looking for a Retail Network Developer who will work across all of France. Your objective is to focus on the development of the brand, mainly in town centers and shopping centers.

 

Mission :

  • You will negotiate the establishment of future stores and pop-ups in prime locations across France
  • You will be responsible for negotiating lease renewals in France and more generally for managing our portfolio
  • You will be charged with occasionally renegotiating certain contractual conditions depending on the context
  • You will manage our relationship with landlords and real estate marketers

 

What You’ll Do :

 

Following the Action Plan defined with operations and other departments concerned, and taking into account prior Market Studies :

 

  • You will search for the best locations
  • You will contact owners, developers, agents etc. to prepare acquisition or lease operations
  • You will negotiate the conditions of acquisition or premise takeover, lease renewals among other renegotiations
  • You will define, with the help of lawyers, the necessary documents for acquisitions (letters of interest, letters of commitments, promises) or the lease itself
  • You will pilot the economic feasibility of projects
  • You will prepare files for Board approval
  • You will monitor the progress of urban planning requests (PC, AT)
  • You will monitor dossiers until their completion
  • You will participate in expansion and work meetings to monitor the progress of our projects

 

Profile :

 

  • BAC +5 or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand expansion, in dynamic companies
  • Excellent level in English, Spanish is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Ideally experience in expansion of retail brand networks (shops, commercial real-estate etc.)
  • A good network of the main players in commercial real estate
  • Results-orientated and rigorous
  • A born negotiator
  • An appetite for the jewellery industry
  • A brokerage background can be useful
