Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Retail Business Partner acts as the HR point of contact for employees and managers in the company retail business, managing all activities related to hard and soft policies/practices for stores and managing the related HR internal and external communication.

Working closely with other departments, the HR Retail Business Partner actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions, identifies gaps, proposes and implements all the required changes in order to prevent risks and assure the best solutions for both company and employees.

In addition, he/she ensures that people have, preserve and foster a truly PANDORA DNA.

Recruitment, Management and Development:

  • Visiting shops on a regular basis.
  • Store staff recruitment for new openings and physiological turnover.
  • Supporting the learning process and induction activities.
  • Involving store staff in company’s values and culture.
  • Preparing development plans for high potential and key employees.
  • Identifying employees ready for promotions, rotating best talents in the organization and challenging the organizational structure proposing changes.
  • Supporting the spread of the Retail Guide and other company policies information.
  • Analyzing staff needs in terms of further follow-up and updates.

 

Administration:

  • Supporting the HR Payroll Specialist in the management of overall issues related to policies and administrative activities, being the first point of contact for store staff.
  • Monitoring the correct use of ADP and supporting the Payroll Specialist in managing administrative tasks and practices.
  • Managing Comp & Ben plans in line with the company strategy.
  • Liaising with HR Head Office for legal practices and labor law issues.
