Nous recherchons un Responsable des opérations et normes Retail pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris en étroite collaboration avec le cluster Europe de l'Ouest (France, Espagne et Portugal).

Exécution des stratégies du pôle « Retail Excellence » pour améliorer l'expérience client

En tant que Responsable des opérations et normes Retail, votre principale rôle sera l'exécution des stratégies d'excellence de vente du groupe pour élever et améliorer l'expérience client tout en assurant la continuité des pratiques d'exploitation de base du magasin et de la conformité aux normes.

 

Vos missions :

- Mettre en œuvre les procédures opérationnelles standard du groupe pour optimiser l'expérience client et protéger les magasins des principaux risques opérationnels

- Examiner l'analyse des données pour identifier et enquêter sur les problèmes en magasin, par des actions correctives afin améliorer la conformité et/ou les performances

- Faire des visites régulières dans les magasins afin de définir les opérations clés et les voies de développement

- Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables commerciaux, les équipes en magasins, le pôle formation et le pôle excellence pour identifier les besoins de développement de la vente au détail et co-créer du matériel pertinent

- S'assurer que toutes les communications lié à l’activité Retail soient partagées en temps réel et en phase avec la stratégie de communication du groupe

Vous êtes motivé par les résultats et avez une culture d'amélioration continue et de changement. Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement en évolution rapide, avez la capacité d'établir des priorités et de bien travailler sous la pression du temps.

 

Vous avez :

- Un diplôme en gestion d'entreprise ou tout domaine lié aux affaires, par ex. Marketing, Audit, Vente au détail, Gestion de projet ou similaire

- Vous parlez couramment Espagnol et Français

- Solide maîtrise des opérations de vente au détail

- Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite, verbale et interpersonnelle)

- Solides compétences en leadership et en influence

- Expérience dans le commerce de détail, la mode et/ou l'industrie FMCG

- Expérience d'organisation(s) mondiale(s)

Manager, Retail Standards and Operations

We are looking for a Manager of Retail Standards and Operations to join our team in Paris to support the Western Europe cluster (France, Spain and Portugal).

Execution of Group Retail Excellence strategies to elevate and enhance the customer experience

As Manager of Retail Standards and Operations, your key responsibility will be execution of Group Retail Excellence strategies to elevate and enhance the customer experience whilst ensuring alignment of core store operating practices and compliance with standards.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 

  • Implement Group Standard Operating Procedures to optimise the customer experience and safeguard the organisation from key operational risks
  • Review Data analytics to identify and investigate issues in store, agreeing corrective actions to improve compliance and/ or performance
  • Make regular visits to stores to understand key operations and opportunities
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers, Store teams, Training and Retail Excellence to identify Retail development needs and co create relevant material
  • Ensure all Retail communications are shared timely and aligned with Group Communications strategy

MORE ABOUT YOU:

 

  • A degree within Business Management or professional accreditation in any business-related area e.g. Marketing, Audit, Retail, Project Management or similar
  • You speak fluent Spanish and French
  • Strong proficiency in Retail Operations
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Experience from retails, fashion and/or FMCG industry
  • Experience from global organisation(s)
