Payroll Officer


The HR team of Western Europe, lead by Magali Nahon, spreads across 3 countries, France, Spain and Portugal and has over 20 people. In this role you will be based in our beautiful headquaters in Esplanade de la Defense and report to the HR Manager France to support the retail and HQ needs and to provide general HR support, including payroll and administration. The candidate will have overall knowledge of all human resource functions.




  • You will be responsible for timely, accurately, and compliantly processing payroll for all full-time and part-time employees while developing in depth understanding of payroll software and HRIS and making recommendations for payroll related policies. Tool - ADP (Decidium).
  • You will provide a first-class administrative service to our 600+ colleagues throughout the retail network, includin preparing all new starter employment contracts, support the HR Manager in all legal inquiries concerning employees, etc.
  • You will support and develop HR projects on a local level.




  • You have previous experience in HR role with a scope touching payroll / admin / legal (either/or).
  • You speak both French and English.
