Paid and Owned Digital Specialist

Reporting to the Paid & Owned Media Manager, you will be responsible for digital campaigns planning, creation and analysis across digital platforms.


You will work with the E-Commerce Team to acquire, maintain and develop Pandora’s online sales, and will be in charge of steering agencies on various mechanisms of traffic acquisition (SEA, social advertisements, retargeting etc.)


You will own the operational management of digital media content with our internal graphic design studio and service providers.



  • Support the Marketing team on defining the digital media strategy
  • Be responsible for planning each digital media campaign, briefing media agencies together with other team members
  • Adapt global communication materials and create local digital campaigns, ensuring alignment on all digital platforms (, Pandora Club, social media)
  • Deliver graphic elements that are required to carry out acquisition campaigns, working closely with the internal graphic designer and external agencies with reference to adaptation and creation of digital assets
  • Ensure spend optimisation through analysis
  • Drive our SEA agency, Facebook Ads, YouTube (SEO driven by the E-Commerce Team)
  • Identify relevant digital activation projects and ensure overall implementation (including legal requirements and contract finalization)
  • Implement global AdTech and other digital tools and platforms
  • Drive dynamic performance evaluations of all campaigns (traffic to the website, interest for drops/products), analyze dashboards and provide weekly and monthly reports



  • 3+ years’ experience in managing digital campaigns in an international environment
  • Ideally experience working in a retail, fast fashion, life-style, beauty or an FMCG organisation
  • Experience working in digital and social media
  • Experience supporting on a variety of paid & owned media campaigns
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time and organize
  • Solid experience with digital data analysis
  • You speak English and French
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Marketing Platform and Ads Manager
  • Experience analyzing campaigns on ADOBE, GA etc.
  • Strong skills on MS Office
