Business Analyst

Reporting to the E-Commerce Director Western Europe, you will provide business support for Pandora Iberia cluster (France and Spain).


You will work closely with our local and global teams to define key performance parameters and create regular reports in order to track progress and provide insight on our online business growth.




  • You will work closely with the Ecommerce Trade & Optimizations Manger and E-Commerce Director to produce and maintain centrally-aligned sales and KPI reports for weekly and monthly reporting
  • You will be the Adobe Analytics and BI tools expert within the team and provide relevant analytics and systems training to teams where relevant
  • You will work closely with the E-Commerce Director to provide core insights from data to suggest a/b tests that will drive fundamental improvement to the site performance.
  • You will assist the E-Commerce Trader with online behavioural reporting in order to track the site effectively and efficiently
  • You will support the Digital marketing team across attribution projects, campaign tracking, tag management and understanding the online customer journey
  • You will support the CRM team with data segmentation analysis and actionable customer insights
  • Responsible for creating and presenting post promotion and campaign analysis to be presented to wider teams and senior management
  • Work closely with local and regional merchandising teams to report on online product and category performance and provide stock status updates
  • You will support the e-commerce forecasting and enhance project insight for the business.
  • You will evaluate the consumer and website behavior across all Digital channels - SEO/PPC Affiliate, Email and Display and implement segmentation such as behavioral analysis
  • You will identify cost-reduction or process-improvement online fulfilment opportunities
  • You will notify the project team about abnormalities through ad-hoc analysis




  • You have 5+ years of experience in a data, business or e-commerce analytics role
  • You have a background in Maths, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Business or equivalent
  • You have previous experience in merchandising or working closely with Merchandisers
  • You have advanced skills in MS Office (specifically Microsoft Excel
  • You have strong skills on Adobe Analytics and BI tools
  • You have experience in performance reporting
  • You have experience working in an international environment
  • You have experience measuring stock, margins, sales and returns
