We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (temporary) to join our Pandora HR LATAM team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and assessing candidates to ensure the external pipeline of a diverse talent in the markets.

Your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes: candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.

  • Handle multiple requisitions at the same time and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. 

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the role requirements and deliver quality talent solutions. 

  • Help to improve hiring experience for all candidates, with a clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Utilize and update our systems and other recruitment tools to track progress and maintain candidate records accurately

  • Maintain updated the Talent Acquisition reports to Latam and Global

 

What is needed to succeed:

 

  • Bachelor´s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar
  • > 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to understand business goals and partner with leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s objectives
  • Able to identify and implement solutions to business problems, driving results that contribute to Pandora’s success 
  • Driven to work hard and create meaningful impact; adaptable and open to change in dynamic environments.
  • Effective communication, being able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
