Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Brand Management Sr Specialist, in Panamá City, Panamá.

 

Main purpose of the role:

 

The Brand Management Specialist – LATAM supports and executes the brand strategy for Pandora across Cono Sur and Brazil (Native / Fluent Portuguese necessary), with responsibility for developing country/area brand plans, coordinating regional execution, and ensuring strong post-campaign evaluation.

The role bridges strategy and execution, translating commercial inputs (sell-in, performance data, customer and market feedback) into actionable brand plans, and ensuring learnings are captured after major brand moments.

 

Country / Area Brand Planning

 

   • Contribute to the development of annual and seasonal brand plans for each country or area (Cono Sur & Brazil).
   • Build country/area recommendations by consolidating sell-in data, commercial performance, consumer insights and customer feedback.
   • Adapt regional brand priorities to the specific needs, maturity and opportunities of each market.
   • Align country/area plans with regional marketing, retail and commercial objectives.

 

Regional Brand & Campaign Execution

 

   • Lead the regional execution of global and LATAM campaigns across assigned markets.
   • Coordinate the local adaptation of assets, messaging and calendars while respecting brand guidelines.
   • Manage timelines, deliverables and execution readiness across multiple markets simultaneously.

 

Product Launch & Seasonal Campaign Support

 

   • Coordinate regional execution of product launches and key seasonal moments.
   • Ensure all markets are fully prepared (assets, materials, timings, alignment).
   • Act as the main regional point of coordination between markets and LATAM/global teams.

 

Retail, VM & Omnichannel Execution

 

   • Partner with Retail, VM and E-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
   • Monitor execution quality in-store and online, and follow up on improvements where needed.

 

Post-Campaign Wrap-Up & Performance Review

 

   • Lead post-campaign wrap-ups for key regional campaigns and launches within the assigned area.
   • Consolidate results, execution learnings, market feedback and performance insights.
   • Share structured wrap-up reports and recommendations with LATAM stakeholders.
   • Use learnings to continuously improve future campaign execution and planning.

 

Market & Stakeholder Coordination

 

   • Act as the regional point of contact for local marketing teams in Cono Sur and Brazil.
   • Consolidate market feedback and elevate insights to regional leadership.
   • Coordinate with regional and local agencies where applicable.

 

Reporting & Administration

 

   • Track assigned budgets and operational spend.
   • Support campaign and brand performance reporting (execution KPIs, engagement, qualitative insights).
   • Ensure documentation and best practices are shared regionally.

•    3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or similar roles.
•    Experience working with multiple countries or regional scopes (LATAM preferred).
•    Exposure to retail, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
•    Spanish: fluent
•    Portuguese: fluent / advanced (critical for Brazil)
•    English: advanced
•    Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate sell-in data and insights into brand actions.
•    Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
•    High attention to detail combined with strategic thinking.
•    Structured, proactive and comfortable working across cultures.
