Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Specialist, Paid Digital in Panama City, Panama.
Main purpose of the role:
The Specialist, Paid Digital LATAM is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital media campaigns across the region. This role supports the implementation of the cluster’s paid media strategy, partnering closely with media agencies, internal marketing teams, and global stakeholders to maximize traffic, conversion, and brand visibility.
The specialist combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on platform expertise and excellent coordination skills to ensure best-in-class digital execution across social, search, and display & video environments.
Paid Media Execution & Optimization
• Execute paid media campaigns across LATAM (social, search, display & video), ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local priorities.
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with external media agencies, ensuring accurate implementation, pacing control, and optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct weekly optimizations, and flag risks or deviations proactively.
• Support A/B tests and pilot new formats, placements, and audiences in collaboration with the Sr. Manager.
Planning & Coordination
• Contribute to local paid media plans supporting go-to-market priorities, product launches, brand campaigns, and performance-driven activations.
• Adapt global media toolkits to LATAM needs, ensuring cultural relevance and platform best practices.
• Coordinate with CRM, eCommerce, Brand Management, and Advocacy teams to ensure integrated marketing execution.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs (reach, traffic, ROAS, CPA, CPC, engagement, etc.) and consolidate weekly and monthly reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and audience effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and measurement via global tools and internal dashboards.
• Support the Sr. Manager in preparing cluster-level presentations and business reviews.
Platform & Market Expertise
• Maintain updated knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, DV360, and emerging platforms.
• Stay informed on digital trends, competitive activity, and shifts in consumer behavior across the region.
• Ensure adherence to global brand safety, media quality, and compliance standards.
Craft your career with us if you have:
• 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe, DV360, and/or TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency managing performance-driven campaigns.
• Experience working with media agencies (media agency experience is considered a strong plus).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio or other analytics/reporting tools (a plus).
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high executional excellence.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
