Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Graphic Design Specialist in Panamá.
Main purpose of the role:
The Specialist, Graphic Design LATAM, supports the development and execution of static and video visual assets across the region, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent deliverables for retail, digital, CRM, and paid media channels. In addition to hands-on design and video work, this role collaborates closely with creative agencies, supporting the management of workloads and workflow, with high production standards, and optimal use of external resources.
Creative Development & Asset Production:
- Create, adapt, and deliver static and video visual assets for:
o Social media (paid & organic)
o CRM & email marketing
o Website & eCommerce
o Retail/POS materials
o OOH and print media - Ensure alignment with global brand identity, guidelines, typography, tone, and campaign toolkits.
- Develop culturally relevant adaptations for diverse LATAM markets
Agency Collaboration & Workflow Management:
- Collaborate closely with the Global Pandora Creative Team for all approval requests and creative briefs
- Brief, coordinate, and review agency deliverables, ensuring quality, alignment to guidelines, and timely execution.
- Optimize agency usage by identifying what should be produced internally vs. externally, maximizing productivity and budget.
- Ensure feedback loops, approvals, and workflow stages are followed efficiently.
Digital & Social Design:
- Produce engaging content formats including static and short-form videos.
- Ensure all digital assets meet platform-specific specifications (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to improve creative performance through data-driven insights.
Retail & In-Store Visuals:
- Adapt global toolkits into store-ready materials: posters, signage, campaign windows, POS communication.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure visual consistency and excellence across physical touchpoints.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Provide creative design support while working closely with Brand Management, Advocacy, Paid Media, CRM, eComm, VM, and Global Creative teams.
- Support internal teams during quarterly and seasonal campaign rollouts.
- Participate in internal creative reviews and maintain alignment with brand priorities.
Brand Guardianship:
- Ensure all assets produced both internally and externally meet brand standards.
- Help maintain the visual identity and elevate creative quality across the region.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of creative processes and execution.
- Support the organization, maintenance, and proper use of creative assets (graphic and video) to ensure efficiency, consistency and reusability across campaigns
Craft your career with us if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in an in-house creative team or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand work, campaign adaptation, digital and video design, and retail/print experience.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus).
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies or production partners.
- Experience designing social media, digital and video advertising formats.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (preferred).
- English proficiency required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- High attention to detail; commitment to visual excellence.
- Clear communication and constructive feedback skills when working with agencies.
- Ability to adapt global concepts to local cultural nuances across LATAM.
