Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Specialist, Commercial Finance in Panama City, Panama.

Main purpose of the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Specialist to partner with our Business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine commercial acumen with analytical expertise to influence both long-term strategy and day-to-day trading performance.

As our Commercial Finance Specialist – based in Mexico our number one Key Market for the cluster  - you will be a key business reporting to a Commercial Finance Manager. You will join a high-performing team focused on driving profitable growth for the Latam Cluster. Your role is central to optimizing financial processes and delivering quality results in a dynamic environment where proactive collaboration is key to success.

What you’ll do:

•    Own the P&L performance, supporting the leadership team to deliver top line and bottom line while proactively analyzing key drivers to maximize profitability.
•    Manage Financial Closing: Be in charge of all monthly closing and management reporting activities for your scope, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
•    Co-pilot Commercial Planning: Co-pilot and challenge the construction of trends and budgets, from turnover planning down to consolidated net sales and gross margin.
•    Deliver strategic insight and analysis, identifying trends, modelling scenarios, and providing actionable recommendations to shape future decisions.
•    Lead planning and forecasting cycles, taking responsibility for budgets, reforecasts, and strategic planning outputs, embedding critical initiatives and managing risks and opportunities throughout the year; teaming up with FP&A team
•    Deliver strategic insight and analysis, identifying trends, modelling scenarios, and providing actionable recommendations to shape future decisions.
•    Champion data-driven decision making, working with Digital, Data and Global Finance Centres of Excellence to develop best-in-class tools, streamline reporting, and enhance efficiency across the Commercial Finance function
•    Deliver Actionable Reporting: Provide reliable financial reporting and analytics, and based on your findings, initiate concrete actions to be taken by the business.

We Are Looking For:

A Highly Analytical And Collaborative Team Player Who Is Ready To Make An Impact. You Are a Great Match if your skills and experience include:

•    A master’s degree in Finance or  Economics, or a related field.
•    A qualified Finance professional with relevant commercial finance business partner experience and strong technical expertise, with minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in a global multinational environment
•    A curious and analytical thinker, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for driving insight and continuous improvement.
•    A confident communicator and influencer, able to challenge assumptions and present with impact at senior levels.
•    A collaborative team player, with a natural style that builds networks, credibility, and strong cross-functional relationships.
•    Business Acumen with strong Excel skills (PowerPoint beneficial), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.
•    Confidence and experience in Excel are essential; experience with HFM is a plus.
•    Fluency in English.
