Retail Training Specialist

The role of Sales Trainer is to ensure that all sales professionals have a thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations and selling techniques such as overcoming objections, link-selling, up-selling and cross-selling techniques. The Sales Trainer will serve as a subject matter expert for sales training, product knowledge, sales processes and retail operations, and as such, they should be an active partner for the field teams and team leaders. The Sales Trainer should be able to conduct training sessions for various levels of the organization, in diverse formats such as field, virtual, corporate, large company events, among others.
Your Role as Sales Trainer:
- Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements comprehensive training programs for all sales teams
- Presents at large regional and company events
- Facilitates group trainings and training team meetings
- Assist in adjusting contents to country specific needs
- Develops training programs for product, sales processes, retail business acumen and management development
- Provides individual coaching and mentoring to field team members on sales development
- Acts as an ambassador of the PANDORA Brand
- Monitor sales team performance post-training to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for further development
What is needed to succeed:
- 3-5 years of experience as a corporate trainer or professional sales trainer working with performance-based sales training teams.
- Knowledge of retail sales environment and facilitation experience required.
- Experience in leading trainings remotely.
- Bachelor´s degree (referred education): Business Management, Education, Communication, Learning and Development
- Fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint Knowledge of In-design and / or other computer graphics programs
- Instructional design, excellent presentation skills and audience management
