- Evaluate optimization initiatives and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance operational excellence.
- Create, develop, and maintain retail dashboards using data analysis, mining, and modeling tools to monitor performance and generate business insights.
- Standardize and automate legacy or manual reporting processes to simplify access to data and enable informed decision-making.
- Analyze raw data from multiple sources, eliminate bias, and structure clear, actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for proactive analytics initiatives that support key strategic priorities across the cluster.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations that translate data into compelling commercial narratives, while facilitating stakeholder discussions around insights and implications.
- Uses querying languages like SQL and other tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or Advanced Excel to produce reports and perform quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing business issues or questions.
- Build and foster relationships with key POS providers and business teams.
- Be the in-house key point for the retail POS operation and ensure that all business partners have the latest information.
- Responsible for running, configuring and testing promotions on the region's POS systems (CharmSys & Linx).
- Collaborate with business partners and IT leadership to identify and implement solutions that anticipate business needs and enhance operational efficiency, while leading requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams and Pandora D&T to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Interface with business partners, agency partners and suppliers to understand both short- and long-term project needs and act as a dependable solution provider to meet those challenges.
