The Owned Digital Manager Asia & Pacific will Drive all local paid media to manage all owned digital touchpoints (website and local social channels. Also is responsible for driving e-mail traffic to the e-store and growing loyalty programs and other local CRM activities.

 

Your Role as the Owned Digital Manager:

  • Lead the development and execution of social marketing campaigns for the launch of new collections and brand initiatives
  • Owns campaign development and creates briefs for content production across owned and paid social platforms including social storytelling and development of social-first initiatives
  • Manage the activation of UGC content across global social media channels, and continuously improvement of guidelines and processes for the above
  • Drive the implementation of training, presentations, and guidelines about Social Media, content, and key activations
  • Key point of contact for clusters and markets on an ongoing basis
  • Implementation of new platform initiatives and trends to maintain a strong competitive position in social media
  • Close collaboration with paid media team to define, rollout and scale projects related to paid social
  • Ensure a strong media plan that will deliver needed traffic as per the Go-to-market manager's TLU
  • Manage execution in paid digital channels through a local agency
  • Track performance and ensure that local agency is kept in a tight leash (requires strong platform knowledge)
  • Implement global paid media strategies (for Social, D&V, and Search) and golden rules, and provide feedback to the global team based on local learnings
  • Manage the local version of the loyalty program to ensure sign-ups for the loyalty program (through various on/offline initiatives)
  • Manage local Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including planning and executing content plan using and adapting global toolkits

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • Strong, seasoned, and advanced marketing experience with vertical retailing, and omni experience.
  • Experience working with Asia Pacific Market especially Japan.
  • It is a MUST for all applicants to have a solid proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean Language
  • Minimum 5 years of solid Marketing managerial experience in a similar role in the retail industry preferably within a multi-site environment
  • Agile and positive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Can work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • True team player with a strong sense of initiative and a “can do” attitude
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Speak fluent in Japanese and English. Spanish is a Plus
  • Strong finance marketing understanding
  • Able to perform under pressure, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action
