Operations Manager - Dark Stores LATAM

Pandora is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager LATAM to oversee all our Dark Stores across LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Fulfillment Supervisors, ensuring the efficient operation of our fulfillment centers to support the rapid growth of our e-commerce channel. This position will be based in our offices in Panama, with frequent visits to the several Dark Stores accross LATAM.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Supervise Operations: Oversee the daily operations of all Dark Stores in LATAM, ensuring optimal performance across all fulfillment processes, from order processing to customer service.
• Team Leadership: Manage and provide guidance to the Dark Store Leads and Fulfillment Supervisors, ensuring that all teams are effectively trained, motivated, and productive.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor and optimize key fulfillment activities including inventory management, order picking, packing, returns management, and shipping.
• Customer Service Focus: Ensure that all customer service inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally by the team, contributing to high customer satisfaction levels.
• Performance Management: Analyze and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking action to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the LATAM Dark Stores, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
• Resource Planning: Anticipate and plan for the necessary resources at each point of the year based on expected demand, ensuring that the team is adequately staffed and equipped to meet business needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication between operations, customer service, and logistics teams.

• Team management (employee NPS, retention rates)
MORE ABOUT YOU
• Experience: Significant experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management, stock management, or a similar field. Prior experience in a leadership role, managing teams, is essential.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead teams, ensuring high performance and employee engagement.
• Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, Portuguese is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and meeting business objectives.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel at least 70% of the time across LATAM to support operations.
