As our new Marketing Director for Latin America, you will play a key leadership role in shaping Pandora’s presence across a dynamic and diverse region. This is a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end brand strategy, champion consumer insights, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives that fuel business growth.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and brand excellence across the region. You will be accountable for the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution across all channels, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s global vision while meeting the unique needs of Latin American markets. Reporting directly to the General Manager of LATAM and working in close partnership with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Director will be instrumental in contributing to the delivery of the Latin American Business Plan by ensuring the PANDORA Brand delivery on its financial commitments.
Based in Panama, this role offers the opportunity to lead the development and execution of branded consumer solutions, innovation platforms, brand communications, and commercial programs that resonate with our consumers and drive market impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in performance management, strategic marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Leveraging deep consumer and market insights, you will translate data into compelling strategies that drive brand relevance and commercial success. You will be responsible for evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitive data in order to drive and execute the marketing plans. You will partner closely with Sales and Merchandising to identify evolving customer needs and unlock growth opportunities through integrated marketing plans. With a focus on measurable impact, you’ll ensure that every initiative not only resonates with consumers but also supports broader business goals across the Latin American region.
Key accountabilities
As Marketing Director, you will lead a broad and strategic agenda designed to elevate brand performance, drive commercial results, and align the Latin American market with Pandora’s global ambitions. Your main responsibilities will include:

Trading & Commercial Alignment: Ensure the Trading Line-Up (TLU) is fully synchronized with global plans while maintaining local relevance to effectively engage regional consumers.

Excellence in Execution: Deliver world-class execution across all consumer touchpoints and sales channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.

Performance Management: Drive rigorous performance management, identifying gaps and implementing timely corrective actions when trading falls below plan.

Strategic Growth Leadership: Own the local strategic growth roadmap and play a key role in influencing the global marketing agenda, ensuring Latin America’s voice is heard.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between marketing and all other key functions to drive alignment, efficiency, and shared business outcomes. Also ensure strong collaboration with Global continuously feeding back local insights and market priorities to help shape global strategies.

Brand: Steward of the Pandora brand in the region, supporting the brand promise, vision, position, and architecture. Understand and communicate brand’s unique selling propositions to key stakeholders, customers and consumers.

Strategy: Lead development of long-term brand strategy and annual brand marketing plans in conjunction with sales and other relevant departments to include business objectives, consumer and channel strategies, and translation of strategies to reach the consumer through all elements of the marketing mix.

Engagement: Drive organizational and customer engagement, alignment and passion for brand, strategy, and annual plans. Galvanizes the organization around the Pandora brand vision, position and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise.

Insight Development: Researches, analyzes, and monitors trends, consumer insights, financial and demographic factors to recognize and realize market opportunities. Work with global and agency marketing research teams to develop consumer insights through internal, external, primary and secondary data sources. Translate insights into actionable consumer driven marketing plans.

Business Results and Opportunity Identification: Analyze business results to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized. while achieving our overall business goals.

Project Management and Execution: Ensures marketing programs are executed on time and correctly, either through marketing team or cross functional groups. Give focused direction to teams/agencies to develop world-class programs that build equity and deliver results. Ensure integration of all elements of marketing mix, driving cohesive and impactful messaging and trademark consistency in all communications. Evaluates market reactions to marketing programs to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Manage marketing communications initiatives for effectiveness and determine the best ways to optimize future efforts

PR & Category Marketing: Drive the development and execution of all category-related PR initiatives, including efforts to secure and leverage positive product reviews and awards.

Budgeting: Own and actively manage brand marketing budget, cross-functional alignment, and end-of-year budget performance to meet budget and overall financial goals.

Management: Manages multiple marketing disciplines – advertising, promotion, public relations, consumer affairs, coop advertising, and graphic services – and look for best practices across other clusters or markets, such as the US, Canada, Europe...

Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience in related roles within consumer goods industry

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field of study. MBA preferred.
