Inventory & Loss Prevention Manager, LAPAC

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Inventory & Loss Prevention Manager to join our Pandora LATAM team and oversee the implementation of strategies to maximize inventory accuracy and minimize loss due to operational inefficiencies, shortages, theft, and fraud. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks.
Your Role as the Inventory & Loss Prevention Manager:
As the Inventory & Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with regional market Loss Prevention teams, to develop and optimize loss prevention policies and procedures, conduct investigations, and work closely with various departments to develop global standards and processes that mitigate losses and maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and standard operating procedures tailored to an exceptionally service-oriented retail environment.
• Collaborate closely with regional loss prevention teams, providing guidance, training, and support while also identifying global areas of opportunity for process improvement.
• Define appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and necessary reporting to maximize stock accuracy and minimize loss.
• Partner closely with appropriate Finance and Retail teams, with the goal of standardizing reporting and recommendations that drive improvement in inventory accuracy.
• Facilitate regular meetings with local Loss Prevention teams, with the goal of sharing best practices, identifying global needs/trends, and minimizing loss, all while supporting the high customer service expectations that Pandora is known for.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas of potential risk and develop proactive measures to prevent losses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement loss prevention best practices, including merchandise protection, cash handling procedures, and inventory management best practices.
• Partner closely with training teams to develop and share training and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology, recommending updates or enhancements to processes, systems, and tools.
• Prepare and present reports to leadership on key performance indicators, loss prevention initiatives, and recommendations for improvement.
• Promote and lead by example a culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance with policies and procedures
What is needed to succeed:
• 5+ years of retail experience, specifically as a Store Manager, District or Regional Sales Manager, Retail Operations Manager or similar
• 3+ years of experience with driving loss prevention teams and/or processes, with demonstrated results.
• Proficiency in working with large data sets and strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence across an organization and diverse teams
• Ability to work both independently and in highly cross-functional teams
• Established track record in being able to deal with ambiguity
• Working in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment.
• High degree of proficiency in English (portuguese is a plus)
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office
