We are seeking a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our Pandora LATAM team. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales. The ideal candidate will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to deliver impactful email campaigns and improve customer journeys.

 


Your Role as Email Marketing Specialist:

 


•    Email Campaign Management: Collaborate with agencies to design, approve, and monitor email campaigns, ensuring alignment with engagement KPIs such as traffic, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
•    Content Personalization: Develop personalized email content and dynamic templates tailored to customer segments to enhance engagement and conversion.
•    Automation: Set up and optimize email automation workflows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart, and re-engagement campaigns.
•    A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests for subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performance.
•    Performance Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
•    Retention Campaigns: Create targeted campaigns aimed at boosting customer retention and re-engaging inactive customers.
•    Data Integration: Leverage CRM data to enhance segmentation and drive more effective email marketing strategies.
•    Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing regulations and best practices.

 


What is needed to succeed:

 


•    Proven experience in email marketing or CRM-focused roles.
•    Proficiency in email marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp.
•    Familiarity with CRM systems and segmentation strategies.
•    Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and optimization.
•    Experience collaborating with agencies to execute campaigns.
•    Strong organizational and project management skills.
•    Basic knowledge of HTML for email customization is a plus.
•    Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
