E-Commerce Trading & Web Merchandising Manager

The E-CommerceTrading & Web Merchandising Manager will be responsible for driving sales through optimizing the on-site shopping journey in line with commercial and brand objectives.
Your Role as E-CommerceTrading & Web Merchandising Manager:
- Provide clear, concise and credible commercial insight into performance
- Drive sales and conversion through getting customers to the products that they most likely want to buy (Navigation, On-site Search, Sort Orders etc)
- Accurate and timely execution of promotions and offers inc Sale
- Support the eCommerce Director in the sales planning process
- Ensure customer orders are dispatched on time, whether through a local DC or local store/office fulfilment process
- Ensure online inventory is accurate
- Prevent customer contacts through ensuring useful and accurate online FAQ’s
- Respond to and resolve in-bound customer queries successfully and within agreed service level by direct or third party engagement
- Ensure coherent launch of campaigns through expert use of our web merchandising and content tools
- Adaptation of global guidelines to fit local assortment (on e-store)
- Approve translations for local website (if required)
- Ensure local policy pages are accurate and store finder information is up to date
- UAT (User acceptance testing) and launch of any new Digital features
What is needed to succeed:
• 5-8 years of experience working within E-Commerce or a similar role for digital retail
• Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
• Experience from global organization
• Fluent in English and Spanish – verbally and written. Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
