We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Editor Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our e-commerce platforms are always up-to-date, visually appealing, and aligned with global and local campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Amplience and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA), as well as a strong ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality assets and meet strict deadlines.

 

Your Role as Content Editor Specialist:

 

•    Manage and update content across e-commerce platforms using CMS tools such as Amplience and SFRA.
•    Coordinate with global and local teams to align content updates with campaign strategies and deadlines.
•    Request necessary assets from creative agencies and ensure their timely delivery.
•    Collaborate with the global team to ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
•    Schedule and publish content updates, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal adjustments.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve any content-related issues on the platform.
•    Maintain a clear content calendar to ensure all campaigns are launched on time.
 

What is needed to succeed:

 

•    Experience with CMS platforms such as Amplience, SFRA, or similar tools.
•    Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Portuguese is a plus.
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and a team player attitude.
•    Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
•    Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
