What you’ll do

This role supports the seamless coordination of cross-functional projects, contributes business transformation through continual process improvement, and helps to implement strong operational governance through supporting the Store Development team and the projects they are delivering.

  • Support the coordination and implementation of the Store Development process, collaborating closely with Retail, Legal, Leasing and Commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the coordination of the administration of the Store Development process and activities associated with Network projects.
  • Support the team with key timing and workflow on partner contract activities.
  • Support the administration of the Franchise Operating Model and associated Retail Management Guide documentation
  • Supports the team n Capex, Tender administration and the repair and maintenance processes

 

 

You have

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage complex workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to support change and process improvements
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Qualification in Project Management or Construction
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
