MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

 

Based in our North Sydney office, this role is to develop and implement the local brand strategy for Pandora in the Australian market, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while creating culturally relevant expressions that resonate with Australian consumers. This role is responsible for driving brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging customer insights, and delivering integrated campaigns across all channels to strengthen Pandora's market position in Australia.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Analyse customer data, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions specific to the ANZ market
  • Create cohesive brand communications that seamlessly translate across all consumer touchpoints, maintaining brand integrity while optimizing for each channel's unique characteristics.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that connect across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with merchandising teams to develop localized product strategies that balance global initiatives with market-specific needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of in-store and digital visual merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with retail operations to ensure the in-store customer journey reflects and reinforces brand positioning and campaign messaging.
  • Manage campaign and brand initiative budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting, utilising insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned marketing outcomes that strengthen the Pandora brand in the Australian market

 

Personal Competencies:

  • Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior marketing role, preferably in an agency or retail environment – fashion or luxury goods experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the Australian retail market and consumer preferences
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Creative mindset balanced with analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing marketing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
