At Pandora, we currently have a position for a Senior HR Manager where you will be responsible for providing HR support to the business including Retail and our Support Office. You will be executing people initiatives, providing stakeholders support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

 

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with management and HR centres of excellence, to develop and deliver initiatives that improve engagement, increase productivity, and boost retention.
  • Proactively identify and address employee concerns, playing a key role in shaping a respectful and highly engaged workplace.
  • Lead investigations and provide expert guidance on disciplinary actions, ensuring all processes align with company policies and legislative regulations.
  • Manage and mentor the generalist HR Business Partnering team, providing guidance and acting as a primary point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, empowering the team to provide exceptional support while developing their professional skills.
  • Provide insightful HR reports and commentary, leveraging data to inform business decisions and measure the impact of our people strategies
  • Educate and guide employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance

 

You have:

  • A hands-on approach with a passion for contributing to strategy and HR operations
  • 5 plus years experience in either retail or FMCG
  • In depth understanding of the General Retail Industry Award and of Australian and New Zealand Labour Legislation
  • Experience in leading and coaching  direct reports
  • Results and solution focused with strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • People oriented with the ability to build rapport & coach at all levels
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to handle complexity
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence
