As the Logistics Manager you will own the engine that powers Pandora’s fulfilment across Australia and New Zealand. You'll be the operational lead who turns trading plans into throughput, keeping our DC running with precision, pace and accountability - while actively contributing to our cost and sustainability targets.
What you'll own
- Day-to-day ECOM fulfilment performance across ANZ, working closely with our 3PL to deliver against agreed service levels
- Operational forecasting, capacity and labour planning aligned to commercial and trading inputs
- Inventory data integrity across AX and 3PL systems
- ECOM returns governance and performance
- DC operating budgets, invoice reconciliation and cost control
- Identifying and delivering cost savings opportunities across fulfilment and transport operations
- Driving reductions in CO2 emissions through smarter carrier mix, consolidation and network efficiency
- Performance reporting and regular review cadences with senior stakeholders
- Systems stability and workflow improvements
- Structured performance reporting to senior stakeholders
What you bring
- 5-8 years of experience in DC or ECOM logistics operations
- A highly analytical, data-driven approach to decision making
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) and Advanced Excel
- A track record managing 3PL and transport partnerships
- Experience contributing to sustainability or emissions reduction initiatives within a logistics environment
- Clear, confident communication skills and a calm head under pressure
- A genuine ownership mindset - you see it, you solve it
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
