Main Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for supporting Pandoras stores across ANZ with new/renewals of leases and for ensuring all key deadlines are met for leasing contracts and administration.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Local administrator of global leasing tool
  • Local administrator of store master data.
  • Lease negotiations for all temporary trading locations and storage locations to support refits/relocations
  • Actively develop and support business cases (IP’s)
  • Partners with legal to ensure all leases are finalized and on track
  • Provides legal with key timing and workflow on leasing contract activities
  • Key minute taker in Network Committee meetings
  • Leasing document repository management in partnership with Franchise & Distributor Administrator and Legal
  • Supports Director Network & Franchise Management with cluster 3 Year Plan administration
  • Supports Director Network & Franchise Management with cluster Roadmap administration
  • Key partner with SDPE to ensure network projects are completed
  • Supports Director Network & Franchise Management with ADHOC administration tasks as requested
