Lead executional and strategic plans for all campaigns and product launches, managing end-to-end GTM process; encouraging cross-functional collaboration (both locally and with the global organisation); delivering a holistic marketing & commercial plan and post-campaign analysis.

 

What you’ll do

  • Manage trading line up, marketing calendar and go-to-market plans for each new campaign and product launches.
  • Support the Marketing Director / Senior Marketing Manager to build a long-term brand strategy for the cluster and align with key stakeholders on global / local level across marketing, ecomm, retail & merchandising.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to refine GTM processes, ensuring outputs drive needs of the cluster and cross functional collaboration. 
  • Maintain a clear understanding of total business performance covering sales targets, consumer insights, marketing budgets and customer demographics -to then make proactive recommendations to the business.
  • Set up briefing process for each quarter launch to distribute to the wider team and manage the sign off process.
  • Lead post-quarter, KCP and promo analysis and recommendations.
  • Reflect the global structure and manage key GBU's including Moments, Timeless, ME & Diamonds
  • Work closely with the Creative team lead to ensure that Global assets are fit for ANZ and align with the global toolkit

 

 

You have

  • Experience in marketing/retail project management
  • Essential experience in commercial strategy, category management
  • Essential experience in project management with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex and matrixed business environment and build excellent cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach and tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Strategic business planning skills.
  • Useful but not essential experience in change management.
