As our Digital Performance Specialist you will ensure Optimisation of paid channels (paid search and paid social) is in line with global best practice. Work in conjunction with media agencies and the global paid media team to drive incremental uplift in traffic and omni-revenue for Pandora.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the paid search and paid social channels
- Assist in all global paid media strategies, objective, tests and processes locally
- Roll out of global media initiatives/guidelines
- Driving continuous improvements in core KPIs through thorough testing and evaluation of new formats, features, and tools
- Responsible for effective affiliate strategy
- Responsibility for campaign planning, budget management and allocation for both paid search and paid social channels
- Reporting into the Paid & Owned Marketing Manager, and working closely with the wider Paid Media, Go to Market as well as eCommerce teams to ensure alignment, optimisation, and innovation across all channels
- Monitoring and managing weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reporting ensuring the channels hit all respective metrics
- Drive the relationship with Google, Meta, and other relevant agency partners, pro-actively seeking out the latest alphas and betas
- Implement tomorrow’s trends in the digital advertising space and push our search and social campaigns to the next level (measurement excellence)
Personal & Pivotal Competencies:
- 3-5 years’ experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and education accepted
- Must have agency experience
- High attention to detail & process improvement skills
- Demonstrated experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Experience in SA360, Smartly and digital analytics tools
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
