Assortment Planning Manager

About Pandora

Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora is the world’s largest jewelry maker with presence in more than 100 countries across the globe.

At Pandora, we give a voice to people’s loves.

Beloved for our inimitable charm bracelet, Pandora jewelry offers intricate design and craftsmanship, brought to life by the magic of the stories expressed and interpreted by its wearer.

As our Assortment Planning Manager, you’ll play a key role in deciding what stories we tell next across Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for a product-led strategic buyer. Someone who is driven by product potential, inspired by customers, commercially courageous, and excited to shape a modern jewellery assortment for one of the world’s most loved brands.

This is a role for someone who wants space to push, influence and run – not simply report or maintain.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the assortment and buying strategy across all collections and channels – ensuring every store has the right product at the right time.
  • Shape the product direction using insight, consumer intuition, market trends and bold commercial thinking combining sales insights, trend forecasting, and local customer understanding to influence global direction.
  • Influence global product decisions by bringing strong ANZ perspective, grounded insights and product opportunities forward
  • Partner cross-functionally with VM, Marketing, Training, and Retail to bring our product stories to life.
  • Analyse performance and lead actions that maximise sales, profitability, and inventory health.
  • Drive continual improvement in assortment effectiveness and category growth
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented team of assortment planners – building future merchandising leaders.
  •

You have:

  • A strategic product leader with strong buying or merchandising experience
  • Commercially brave – comfortable making decisions that drive growth, not just protect the plan
  • Passion for product storytelling and understanding what unlocks customer demand
  • Strong analytical capability combined with intuition and curiosity
  • Proven ability to challenge, influence and inspire cross-functional partners
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and loves to “own the space”
  • Ready to grow, reshape and elevate the assortment approach across ANZ
  • A leadership style that is collaborative, empowering, and built on curiosity

What’s in it for you?

We are the largest Jewellery brand in the world and our people are an integral part of our success. Our commitment to unforgettable career progression is just the start. We offer a competitive rewards package that is second to none including:

  • Generous staff discount on all Pandora products
  • Extra days off including Wellness Days and Birthday Leave
  • Opportunities for development
  • Health care package
  • STIP Bonus
  • Hybrid Working Arrangements: 3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely

WHY PANDORA?

If you DREAM and DARE to grow as a leader as well as develop yourself and client groups on a daily basis, if you CARE and appreciate diverse work environments and you DREAM to work in a fast paced, innovative and disruptive organization, Pandora is the right place for you!

You will enjoy leading a business in a collaborative work culture where you will empower others and seek opportunities to grow the market.

This helps us ensure that applicants are provided with a fair and equal opportunity to demonstrate their competencies and skills by removing blocking factors, possible biases, and risks of discrimination.
