We currently have two exciting opportunities for passionate leaders to take on a new challenge in Pandora based in Melbourne and Brisbane as an Infield Sales Trainer in a field based role.
As an Infield Sales Trainer, you will be focusing on Pandoras Growth Stores & Priority Stores, develop and deliver in-store training programs, focusing on the Selling Ceremony, customer experience, product knowledge & sales KPIs to improve overall individual & store performance. You will support the stores through virtual and face to face sessions along with induction and onboarding
What you’ll do
- Develop instore training and coaching programs in collaboration with Sales, Operations & Training.
- Conduct F2F training sessions, workshops and virtual training for a variety of topics including cycle launches, onboarding and ongoing training and support
- Reporting and maintaining records including store and individual progress and provide recommendations
- Partner with the Regional Sales Team to identify training opportunities
- Design and implement training & coaching modules for Growth Stores & priority stores focusing on Selling Ceremony, Product Knowledge & Customer Experience and instore coaching & training resources customised for each store
- Evaluate and analyse results using reviews, sales reports and sales data
You have:
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a field-based environment, visiting multiple store locations, regions & divisions.
- The ability to motivate and inspire employees to achieve sales goals and adopt new skills is a crucial aspect of the role
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging on the shop floor training & coaching programs using various methods like gamification & NLP techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis for evaluating training effectiveness.
- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate an understanding of retail focused training and coaching; classroom, virtual and e-learning.
- This role will require interstate travel
